Delivery
- Where do you deliver to?
We deliver island wide in Singapore only!
- How will my orders be delivered?
Courier Delivery
Deliveries are FREE for orders above SGD 55.00.
All other order amounts will be shipped out at a flat rate of SGD6.50.
- Place your order online and select “Courier”.
- Select your preferred Payment method.
- Once your order has been received and payment is cleared (if applicable), we will pack your order and arrange for delivery.
Self-Collection
You may otherwise opt for self-collection when you check out. Self-collection iat our office is free of charge but your order must be collected within 14 days from the day you placed the order, or otherwise told. We may, at our absolute discretion, cancel your order without informing you if you fail to collect within the 14 days or within the timeline as told.
- Place your order online and select “Self-Collection”.
- Select your preferred Payment method.
- Once your order has been received and payment is cleared, we will pack your order and send you an email confirming the collection.
- Pick up your order at our office within 14 days from the date of your email confirmation, or otherwise told.

- How long does courier delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 3-4 working days upon receipt of payment. However, please note that the order processing time can take 3-5 working days during peak periods. Therefore, if you have not received your order after 5 working days, please drop us an email at tashing@singnet.com.sg.
- Can I dictate the courier delivery time?
Unfortunately, we are not able to arrange for this at the moment. If you need special arrangements, please drop us a call at 6746 0890/ 6746 9530.
- What if I wish to purchase only one or two items which do not justify for the courier fee and I cannot come and self-collect?
You may drop us an email at tashing@singnet.com.sg and we may explore other options of delivery such as SingPost normal mail.
Purchases
- Can I purchase in bulk (aka more than 5 cartons)?
Absolutely! Simply drop us an email at tashing@singnet.com.sg.
- I wish to cancel my order, how do I do it?
Please drop us an email at tashing@singnet.com.sg within 24 hours of placing your order. Regrettably, we will not be able to accede to your request for cancellation once the shipment has been arranged. Each cancel request will also be strictly based on our review and discretion. We have the absolute right to reject your request for cancellation whatsoever.
- Can I add and/or remove item(s) from my order?
Should you wish to add and/or remove certain item(s) from your order, please email us at tashing@singnet.com.sg within 24 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to accede to your request once your order has been packed and ready for shipment. We reserve the right to reject your request at our absolute discretion. Each request will also be based on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us!
We will accept your request for a return or exchange only if you received defective goods. Shipping and handling charges (if applicable), is not refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipment. Items must be returned in its original package and in the same condition as they were sent.
Our policy lasts 14 days. Regrettably, if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a return/refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will also require the invoice you receive from us upon purchase or any proof of purchase from our online store.

- Return/ Refund Policy
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Items must be returned in their original packaging before any refunds can be processed. Items that have been damaged or altered in any way on your part, cannot be accepted for refund or exchange. Any exceptional handling will strictly be on a case-by-case basis.
To request for a return/refund, please drop us an email (quote your invoice number) and send your item to our office (You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item). Alternatively, you may drop by at our office to return us your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm returned item has been received and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a number of days.
All successful requests for returns/refunds will be refunded and credited without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order. We will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges should your order fall below the minimum qualifier for free delivery.
Any refunds may be made in full or in part are at our sole discretion.
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account (there is a processing time of 3-5 working days before a refund is officially posted) then contact your bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please drop us an email.
- Exchange Policy
We only accept exchange of products bought directly from our online store. Should the relevant item be out of stock and you are not agreeable to other alternatives offered, we will proceed to refund into your credit card in accordance with the procedure for requests for refunds.
Items requested for exchange must be in their original packaging, un-opened. Items that have been damaged or altered in any way, will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Any exceptional handling will strictly be on a case-by-case basis.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Alternatively, you may drop by our office to do a direct exchange.
Exchanged items can only be of the same value or lower than that of what you purchased. Regrettably, there will be no refund of any difference should you exchange for an item that is of a lower value than what you had purchased.
We reserve the right and full discretion to reject any requests for returns/refunds/exchange that do not fulfil our policies above or for any other reason whatsoever.
